Draft for the implementation in this package · Updated October 26, 2026
Operator identity and contact details must be completed before launch. These terms do not represent a verified live deployment.
1. Service and acceptance
River Bot is operated by River. By installing or using River Bot, you agree to these terms and the policies of platforms you use with it. If you do not agree, stop using the service and disconnect integrations. Contact: Riverdogs009@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must meet Discord’s and TikTok’s applicable age and account requirements, and have authority to configure any Discord server you connect. Only authorize TikTok accounts you control. Do not impersonate another person or submit credentials belonging to someone else.
3. Permissions and configuration
Server administrators choose channels, roles and enabled modules. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, protecting staff access and confirming that notifications are appropriate for their destination. Permission changes can prevent features from working.
4. Connected accounts
TikTok access requires your consent, supported API access and approved scopes. You may revoke access or disconnect. Connections authorize public-video retrieval and basic profile information; they do not authorize River Bot to publish TikTok content. Integration availability is subject to platform review and platform restrictions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use River Bot for spam, harassment, unlawful content, credential theft, unauthorized access, rate-limit evasion, scraping or interference with other services. Do not attempt to bypass verification, forge connection invitations, exploit permissions or use notifications to infringe others’ rights.
6. Content and responsibility
You retain rights to your content. You authorize the processing necessary to provide enabled features and send authorized public-video links to the configured Discord channels. You must have the rights required to share content. River Bot does not acquire ownership of your videos.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, delayed, changed or discontinued. Moderation and notifications are not guaranteed to detect every event or deliver immediately. Administrators remain responsible for community supervision. We may suspend access for abuse or security risks and update these terms by publishing revised terms with a new date.
8. Ending use and removing data
You can disable modules, disconnect TikTok, remove the bot, or request deletion through Riverdogs009@gmail.com. Revoking TikTok access stops authorized API access; removing the bot does not automatically delete all stored records. See the Privacy Policy for specific data handling.
9. Third parties
Discord, TikTok, Cloudflare and the bot host provide independent services governed by their own terms. River Bot is not endorsed by Discord or TikTok. Their decisions may restrict integration availability.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, River Bot is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for losses caused by platform outages, unauthorized configuration or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Questions
Send service or terms questions to Riverdogs009@gmail.com. Local mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply.
